Alexandra woke up with a start. Why was she having a dream about mice?
“Alexandra, hurry up we are going to be late for your audition”her Mom called from downstairs.

“What audition Mom”asked Alexandra.

“The audition for the Nutcracker,”called her Mom.

“Coming Mom,”Alexandra called. An hour later Alexandra and her Mom were in the car driving downtown.

When they got to the audition Alexandra
said “I’m nervous.”

“Don’t worry you will do just fine,” her Mom said.Alexandra went in to the audition and when she came out she said to her Mom”I feel really good about that audition.I think I did well”.When they got home her Mom said
“If you got in you will know by Thursday”.

“Oh but it is only Saturday Mom!”

“I know that,”said her Mom”but they have to have time to get ready for whoever got in.”

“That’s true,”said Alexandra “But why couldn’t they tell us before they finished getting ready?”

On Monday Alexandra said “I wish it was Thursday.I’m so excited AND nervous”

I did a magazine on books in the summer and published it on paper. I decided it would be easier to make it a blog.

Right now I don’t have time to write a post but hopefully there will be (at least) 1 by tomorrow or the next day.
